Adam Saucedo MD works as a Mental Training Consultant who does work in the Greater Bay Area of Northern California, working with an emphasis on athletics. Adam Saucedo MD has always enjoyed playing sports and he played in as many as he could as a kid. This led to him joining little league baseball at age five. He’d go on to play youth soccer, recreational league basketball, high school basketball, and high school baseball. He played in virtually every sports team he could find and racked up numerous awards and trophies too. During high school, he was first exposed to the subject of psychology and immediately took a liking to it.
Adam Saucedo MD was accepted into Santa Clara University and maintains deep connections to the institution today. He works with the men and women’s golf, men and women’s basketball, men and women’s tennis, and men and women’s water polo teams at Santa Clara University. During his time there, he majored in psychology and enjoyed it immensely, but he longed to join a sports team. He eventually chose to join the rugby team, playing with them all four years of his college experience. He graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in Psychology and much more knowledge about himself, his athletic abilities, and about rugby specifically. He later earned a Masters degree in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and performed a number of internships, including one with the Men’s Water Polo Team at Santa Clara University. His connection to the school spans his entire professional and academic career.
